Try nail polish remover for the tipex?
Different painting require different techniques to come off.
I use a "glue" for warhammer figures, who basically is a very strong solvent, on some acryllic painting, it makes the paint go all vet again, but you have to be very careful with it, because it is really corrosive!
Some paints can be removed with just warm water and a sponge, but be carefull, don't rub to hard on the painting, the sponge may scratch the figure!

I've used nail polish remover to take off tippex. It does work, but beware - it can make the plastic less glossy, and turn it rough.
I would soak the model for a while, and then try to gently rub the tippex off. Sometimes it flakes off easily.

I must chime in, do not use nail polish remover! It warps plastic and strips the color on horses I tried it once and was horrified with the results. I've gotten paint off with a scrubby sponge that is wet.

Sanda, do you still have the horse(s) this happened to? I'd be interested to see a picture. I didn't have anything like so awful a result, but the plastic still went kind of odd ...
